Q: Are trivia nights common at bars?

A: Absolutely - tons of bars in the city have a trivia night, bringing patrons in on traditionally slower nights and making the bar extra money.

Q: Will I need to do anything to start a trivia night at my establishment?

A: Nope, we cover all aspects of the trivia night - creating the questions, bringing the PA if none is available, running the event, and distributing materials.

What areas do you serve?

Right now we offer our services in Manhattan and Brooklyn, but are looking to expand into Queens soon.

Q: How many people can I expect a trivia night to bring in?

A: Trivia nights typically have around six to nine teams with around three to five people per team. That's between 18 and 45 extra people at your bar, staying several hours and ordering food and drinks.

Q: Should I charge a cover fee for trivia night?

A: Not usually. Trivia is meant to be a free activity to get people into the bar where they'll buy food and drinks.

Q: There's already a trivia night at another local bar - wouldn't it overcrowd the market to have another one?

A: There is a huge demand for trivia nights right now so I wouldn't worry about over saturation of the market. There is always room for quality, and we offer the best trivia night services.

Q: What day of the week should I hold a trivia night?

A: Usually bars will hold a trivia night on the slowest as to bring in extra customers. Typically that means any day between Sunday and Thursday.

Q: How long does a session run for?

A: Typically around two hours. Any longer and people tend to get a little restless.

Q: How much does NYC Trivia Night charge to host an event?

A: We charge $120 per session, including all materials.
